Which file formats can I upload?
CSV, XLSX and XLS files containing a load profile. The format is checked from the file content, not from the filename alone. Unsupported files are rejected before any payment request.
What happens to my data?
Your file is processed for the evaluation and is not sold to third parties. Access rights, retention periods and deletion are defined before live operation and will be fully stated here. Until then this page is a draft.
What is free and what costs money?
